Brief history of car:
The Berlinetta was the bigger brother to the Marlin Roadster. Firmly aimed at the 2+2 family the Berlinetta was bigger with +2 seating, hard and soft top options and even wind up side windows.
Based on a Cortina donor the Berlinetta proved to be a practical vintage style car and is still popular today with many still on the roads and many can be seen at kit car shows during the year.
Later updates saw the Ford Sierra offering up its mechanical components for the Berlinetta. The general construction followed Marlins proven theme with the Roadster, seperate chassis, aluminium main body panels and fibreglass wings.
